The suppers include a traditional chuckwagon show, including a barbecue dinner, wildlife presentation, a unique falcon show, plus a western music show or bluegrass band......OR...... look out!...... JeeZ LaWeeZ!! The barbeque dinner includes brisket, chicken, ranch beans, baked potato, rolls, apple sauce, cookies, lemonade, coffee, and water. A vegetarian option, substituting a tasty salad for the brisket and chicken, is also available. Shows take place rain or shine in the all-weather amphitheater. New Mexico can get cool after sunset, so make sure to bring a jacket or other warm garments!
